LOW CEMENT & ULTRA LOW CEMENT CASTABLES

These types of refractory castables are with lower cement contents. Other additives and a higher proportion of high value raw materials are included in order to ensure better physical properties, including lower porosity, good abrasion and higher mechanical resistances.

Qualified applicators and a rigorous control are required during their application.

They exist in gunning versions and for some of them in self-flow versions, which does not need vibration and a full demolition of the surfaces to be repaired.
